Charles J. Bonfiglio – Chief Executive Officer, President and Director
Starting in September 2006 Charles J. Bonfiglio became Chief Executive Officer, President, Director and Stockholder of “TINT WORLD®”, LLC, and brought TINT WORLD® from a company of six privately and independently owned retail auto appearance service centers and commercial window tinting business to a national franchise chain. To accomplish this, Bonfiglio formalized a standard uniform operations manual, trademarked the TINT WORLD® name and logos, drafted the companies Franchise Disclosure Document and filed it with the United States federal trade commission to enable TINT WORLD® to become an international franchise offering in 2007. TINT WORLD® is the industry leading window tinting and automotive accessory specialty centers and residential and commercial flat glass window tinting centers. As the lead executive of TINT WORLD®, Bonfiglio is responsible for all functions related to the leadership, development, direction, and operation of the company as well as for growing the family of franchise dealers while adhering to the company’s budget and growth projections.
Bonfiglio oversees all sales, marketing and business functions within the company, including active management of nine corporate operations staff and the marketing department. He directs and manages all aspects of planning, execution and performance of the company’s annual budget and catalog of product and services offerings. Bonfiglio also directs and manages the company’s annual marketing plan that includes designing TINT WORLD® creative artwork, planning, execution and performance of the company’s print advertisements, direct mail and internet marketing services. Finally, Bonfiglio also develops and maintains the company’s business relationships with the company’s manufacturers, distributors and suppliers. TINT WORLD® is the Industry leading window tinting and automotive accessory specialty center franchise that started back in 1982.
Additionally, Bonfiglio has served as a business and franchise developer for the privately held Meineke Car Care Centers from June 1983 and continues to be Chief Executive Officer, President, Director and Stockholder of Meineke Car Care Centers in Sunrise, FL and Weston, FL, and in 2006 Bonfiglio founded and became Managing Member and Stockholder of Auto Parts Network located in Weston, FL. Bonfiglio has founded numerous companies in his career and has been a seed investor in many successful start-up entities and has also developed, acquired and managed several large scale real estate development projects in New York and South Florida.

Robert Garza – Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Robert Garza was appointed TINT WORLD® Chief Operating Officer in December 2011. Robert comes to us with over 20 years of experience and leadership skills in the consumer electronics industry with expertise in manufacturing, retail sales, car audio installations and fabrication. In January of 2009, Robert became and continues to be a general contractor and President of Garza Group, Inc., Plantation FL. Before that, from January 1998 to June 2008, Robert was President and Owner of Select Distributor’s Inc., a sister company of JL Audio that operated as a mobile electronics manufacturer and distribution business. After substantially increasing the company’s revenue through innovative product development and marketing concepts Robert successfully sold the company in 2008. Robert also produced educational and promotional videos that included celebrity guests from the car stereo industry, which landed Robert on the Speed Channel’s HiRev Tuning Show where he co-starred with Rick Hollenbeck and Doc Kufeltd. This further led to Robert performing seminars around the U.S. and internationally, including Japan, Russia, Norway, and most of Europe. Prior to that, from May 1996 to December 1998, Robert worked for JL Audio in the specialty 12v retail car audio installation business which provided him with top branding, product knowledge and audio completion installation experience. Before that Robert began his career in 1990 as a car stereo installer, then store manager, and was further promoted to general retail sales manager in high-end home audio manufacturing business.
Robert Garza is an experienced consumer electronics industry executive, possessing major accomplishments in leading companies to high profits through team building leadership, innovative product development and advanced marketing concepts. He is directly responsible for overseeing sales, marketing and franchise functions within the company, including active management of all Franchise stores to ensure proper compliance with upholding and enforcing standards, policies and procedures. Robert is also responsible for ensuring that all new Franchisees complete and implement store training programs and for the communication of new products and service roll-outs. Additionally, Garza provides Franchisees with hands-on training during store evaluation visits with appropriate education, coaching and development tools, and by sharing best practices and resource information in the marketplace. Training includes inventory management, retail display showroom merchandise management, product promotions, upselling and cross selling opportunities. Finally, Garza also develops and maintains the company’s business relationships with its manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers. He is responsible for attending all company association meetings, affiliate networking, conventions, trade shows and national account management. Robert also retains a commercial pilot’s license that he uses for both business and pleasure.
With over 20 years of experience in the specialty 12v retail car audio installation arena, competing in competition sound-off events and working in the aftermarket electronics industry, Robert Garza is a business executive with broad experience in all aspects of the consumer electronics industry with car audio fabrication as his passion. He has expert direct experience in mobile electronics sales, installations, product development, manufacturing and distribution.
Paul Pirro – Vice-President of Operations and Product Management
Mr. Paul Pirro was appointed TINT WORLD® Vice President of Dealer Operations and Product Management in November 2009. Paul comes to TINT WORLD® with over 20 years of 12 volt industry service in retail, manufacturing, trade media, information services and car audio competition experience. In June 2010, Paul became and continues to be an Education Committee member for both MERA “Mobile Electronics Retail Association” and MECP “Mobile Electronics Certified Professional” and was a contributor to the newest MECP Basic Installation Technician study guide released in 2010. Paul also was the National Sales Manager for Mobile Electronics Magazine from October 2008 to November 2009. Before that, from May 2007 to October 2008, Paul was Vice President of Sales & Marketing of Victory Technologies business management and software solutions. Prior to that, from March 2001 to May 2007, Paul was Vice President of Operations of Select Products; a mobile electronics manufacturer and distribution business. Paul’s career and experience includes managing the Installer Challenge competition trade and sound-off events for over 5 years, and car audio competitor judge with major mobile electronics and aftermarket organizations.
Robert Weiss – V. P. Founder of Tint World
Mr. Robert Weiss is the founder and originator of TINT WORLD®, starting with the first Center opening in 1982 in Tamarac, FL. Robert opened and continues to operates six TINT WORLD® Centers throughout in South Florida that include; Lauderhill, Coral Springs, Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Deerfield Beach, and Boca Raton. Robert has over 30 years of experience in leadership skills with expertise in management, marketing and retail sales, that allowed his original proven TINT WORLD® recipe for success that was instrumental in formulating and developing the TINT WORLD® franchise business system which began offering franchise opportunities in September, 2007.
Robert Weiss is a seasoned business professional with a successful background in business startup, development and management. He is successful at establishing the vision and strategies necessary to expand business operations. Robert excels in focusing on core business operations while significantly increasing a company’s foot print to expand market share and generate sustainable revenue and profit gains. Finally, Weiss also attends international networking meetings and business relationships.

Jeanette Bonfiglio – Chief Financial Officer and Secretary
Mrs. Jeanette Bonfiglio was appointed TINT WORLD® Chief Financial Officer and Secretary in January 2007. Additionally, in 1997, Jeanette became Treasurer and Secretary of Meineke Car Care Centers in Sunrise, FL and Weston, FL, a position that she still holds.
Jeanette Bonfiglio oversees all administrative business functions within the company’s accounting department and actively manages three corporate bookkeeping staff. She directs and manages all aspects of budgeting, projections, P&L, balance sheets and performance of the company’s financial reporting. Bonfiglio also directs and manages the company’s franchise administration that includes franchise fees and the TINT WORLD® national advertising fund.
Jeanette Bonfiglio is an experienced automotive industry executive, possessing major accomplishments in both business and financial management. She is directly responsible for managing sales flow, human resources and accounting, with efforts resulting in the successful establishment for more than eight startup automotive companies in the South Florida market.
With over 25 years of hands-on development and management of many successful business operations with growing sales volume and profits through increased market penetration, Jeanette Bonfiglio possess the ability to handle the direction and motivation of personnel in the areas of sales, customer service, inventory control, merchandising, purchasing, compensation and expense control.
Anthony Foley – Franchise Development
Mr. Anthony Foley was appointed TINT WORLD® Franchise Development in May 2008. Anthony has been with United Franchise Group since November of 2006 and came to TINT WORLD® after having worked in Franchise Development for United Franchise Group including brands; SignARama, EmbriodMe, Bill Board Connection, World Franchisors and Franchise Greenhouse organizations, all in West Palm Beach, FL. Prior to Anthony’s Franchising background, he worked with Randstad Staffing Solutions of Atlanta, Georgia from 2005-2006 and was Advertising Manager for Brillante Enterprises of Tallahassee, FL between 2003 and 2005.
