National Automotive Styling Centers™’s eighth annual National Franchise Convention boosts franchisee comradery with multiple awards
BOCA RATON, Fla. – Nov. 18, 2015 – Tint World® Automotive Styling Centers™, a leading auto accessory and window tinting franchise, concluded its eighth annual National Franchise Convention at the Trump International Hotel Las Vegas November 3-6. The conference coincided with SEMA Show 2015 and featured seminars, sales and technical training, as well as the third annual Awards Banquet for outstanding Tint World® business owners and technicians.
“Our annual National Convention offers an invaluable opportunity for our franchise owners to acquire an in-depth look at the latest trends in the industry,” said Charles J. The event allowed all attending Tint World® owners to benefit from special training sessions, round table discussions, meetings with vendor partners, and networking with the thousands of automotive exhibitors at SEMA.
“We had a great turnout this year,” said Paul Pirro, vice president of operations and vendor manager. “We are always looking to support and improve our owner’s operations. This year we were able to do a lot of good for our franchisees, including giving them the opportunity to meet with vendors and learn about new management and support tools for staffing solutions, social media, and e-commerce marketing. In addition, we also secured several new vendor partnerships that will continue to increase the profitability of our franchisees.”
For the third year in a row, the Tint World® Awards Banquet recognized outstanding owners for sales, improvements, events and overall performance.
“We take pride in the success of our franchisees,” said Bonfiglio. “It’s important for us to make sure they are recognized for their achievements. We had our first Million Dollar Club winners this year, which was very exciting and based on their increasing same store sales and aspirations. We look forward to seeing them join the two million dollar club next year. Additionally, we have had many stores came close to reaching a million dollar annual sales in 2015, so we feel that there will be more members joining the Million Dollar Club next year in 2016.”
