Two things that really impressed me with this facility. They have done all of my audio installs and sub work. I recently upgraded to a 2024 Ram Limited with the 19 speaker Harmon system which is a very complex system. Rob is the installer here and really knew his stuff. Unfortunately these new systems require special parts to separate the signal for the aftermarket subs to sound normal. Rob knew exactly what part to use to correct the issue and get my truck sounding great. Secondly, through the troubleshooting, Kurt spend hours with me making sure I was happy with the install and never once charged me a penny for extra time. Also, this is always a good time to say oh yeah we can sell you this or that and manipulate sales to get more from the customer. Kurt never once tried to sell me anything, including when I asked him about other aftermarket upgrades for my truck. He actually steered me away from things that made no sense and never took advantage of me as a customer. He shot straight with me the entire time. I appreciate the work and honesty coming from Tint world and look forward to using them again

I visited this establishment 2x in one week. Ivan and Kurt are very friendly and professional . I needed tint removed immediately. They were ready to close but they accommodated me.
