Kevin Murray was appointed our Franchise Real Estate Manager in May 2026 in Boca Raton, Florida. Kevin is responsible for the development and execution of the company's real estate/growth and relocation strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate business objectives supporting corporate and franchise development in the United States. Kevin is also accountable for all potentials sites, demographic, and financial analysis. Kevin oversees the negotiation of contracts, LOI’s, and leases agreements ensuring compliance with corporate real estate criteria for both franchise and corporate development, including managing and coordinating an external network of Brokers to ensure a robust pipeline of potential real estate opportunities with corporate and franchise partners through all phases of development as well as creating and maintaining strong working relationships with cross-functional partners in Franchise Sales, Operations, Marketing, Legal and Finance. Kevin previously served as Vice President of Real Estate at SKY Zone beginning May 2024 through March 2026, in Orlando Florida. Before that, Kevin served as Senior Vice President of Development at Planet Fitness from May 2019 through May 2024. Before that, Kevin served as Vice President of Real Estate & Construction at Rita’s Italian Ice from June 2017 through May 2019, in Trevose, Pennsylvania.

John Marsh was appointed our Senior Director of Franchise Operations in September 2023 in Boca Raton, Florida. John is responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of franchise operations with a focus on supporting new unit growth, field and classroom training, as well as system and platform integration and execution. John is also accountable for internal communications, strategic initiatives, company culture, and franchisee engagement with unwavering support to our teams and franchisees, and in doing so, amplifies the impact of all our projects, fortifying our Franchise network. Before that, John served as our Operations Manager and VP of Operations beginning in April 2014 in Boca Raton, Florida.

Madison Belfour was appointed our Director of Marketing in April 2024 in Boca Raton, Florida. Madison is responsible for driving the strategic direction and success of the marketing function within the organization. Madison’s primary responsibilities are a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and effectively managing the franchisee NAF and leading the Franchise Advisory Committee. Madison plays a crucial role in supporting franchisees and is accountable for driving marketing effectiveness and maintaining brand consistency across the franchise network. Before that, Madison served as our Sr. Analytics & Special Projects Manager beginning in January 2021 in Boca Raton, Florida.

Victoria Coia was appointed our Director of Business Development in April 2026 in Boca Raton, Florida. Victoria is responsible for supporting the Company’s franchise development initiatives, including independent shop conversions and franchise resales. Victoria is accountable for identifying and pursuing independent operators as potential franchise conversion candidates, and outreach strategies, including industry networking, direct prospecting, and lead generation initiatives. This includes guiding prospective franchisees through the conversion process, including qualification, site evaluation, financial review, and execution of franchise agreements. Victoria previously served as Managing Partner at her husband's landscaping and automotive business from April 2022 through March 2026, in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Before that, Victoria served as Senior Manager, Franchise Development Operations at Massage Heights Franchising, LLC from October 2021 through March 2022, in San Antonio, Texas. Before that, Victoria served as Sr. Manager of Franchise Development at Rita’s Italian Ice from November 2011 through December 2019, in Greater Philadelphia.

Michael Glick was appointed our Franchise Development Manager in May 2020 in Boca Raton, Florida. Michael is responsible for consulting with new franchise prospects and franchise resales. Michael is also accountable for franchisee relationships, chainwide sales growth, and company profitability. Before that, from July 2016 through September 2019, Michael served as Franchise Development Manager at United Franchise Group, and at TBC Corporation in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Amanda Bonfiglio was appointed our Social Media Ambassador in January of 2023. Amanda is responsible for assisting the marketing department in supporting our franchisees’ social media marketing and events activities. Amanda is also accountable for special events to enhance brand visibility through strategic initiatives and the development of effective social media advertising campaigns. Before that, from September 2021 through December 2022, Amanda served as Social Media Marketing Influencer in South Florida.

Addison Goldin was appointed our Marketing Manager in July of 2025. Addison is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing special projects, and leveraging data analytics to support informed decision-making within the Tint World organization. Addison is also accountable for a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, coaching and effectively managing the franchisee NAF and leading the Marketing Advisory Committee. Before that, Scott served as Business Advisor at Transworld Business Broker from October 2024 through November 2025, and served as Special Projects at It ‘Sugar, and as Marketing Manager at Hoffs House of Sweets from October 2023 through October 2024 in South Florida.

Mayra Minerva Taveras was appointed our Accounting Manager in February 2024 in Boca Raton, Florida. Mayra is responsible for all accounting support and assists with implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information for the accounting department. Before that, from January 2004 through August 2016, Mayra served as an accounting and property manager with e-commerce experience in Palm Beach, Florida.

Iveth Amaya was appointed our Accounting Bookkeeper in September 2024 in Boca Raton, Florida. Iveth is responsible for providing support and maintaining the month-end closing process, including maintenance of accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and other projects assigned by the accounting department. Before that, Iveth served as an accounting Bookkeeper in Palm Beach, Florida.

Dane Bryant was appointed as our Website Developer in October of 2021. Dane is responsible for the ongoing management and support of the company’s growing website design and graphical interface. Dane is also accountable for providing strategic support for our digital marketing team, and provides technical support and insight for our ever-evolving website landscape. Before that, as a graduate of Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, Dane has more than 20 years of experience in website design, software development, and digital marketing in Boca Raton, Florida.

Maria Landaeta was appointed our Creative Design Manager in June of 2019. Maria is responsible for ensuring overall preservation of corporate brand identity in specialized style guide creation, packaging design, social media, website design and overall brand building, product structure creation, final artwork design, print proof approvals, packaging products. Maria is also accountable for managing the design process of developing compelling retail marketing materials and product packaging in collaboration with franchise and affiliate licensed brand managers for preparing collateral material related to promotional products and services. Before that, Maria has been a Cum Laude Graphic Design graduate from Florida Atlantic University, and served as manager for several large restaurant groups in Weston Florida.

Carl Montanari was appointed as our Technical Trainer in February 2019. Carl is responsible for daily support of the franchise locations in the United States and Canada and assist franchise owners’ sales and technical training using the most up to date industry techniques and systematic procedures for each service to maximizing efficiency. Carl is also accountable for delivering the highest standard of education in the auto styling industry with hands-on training programs in auto detailing and ceramic coating, paint protection film, vehicle wrapping, and window tinting installation. Before that, from January 2004 through January 2019, Carl served as lead ASE Certified technician for Meineke Car Care Centers and brings more than 15 years in automotive retail operations experience with broad knowledge in technical maintenance, repair and customer service in South Florida.

Luke Fidler was appointed as our Franchise Business Coach in August of 2022. Luke is responsible for daily support of the franchise locations in the United States and Canada and to assist franchise owners with meeting the demand of fast-paced growth through sales training and operational support. Luke is also accountable for motivating and implementing strategies to help franchisees increase business revenue, promote overall growth and meet specific goals. Before that, from January 2008 through June 2022, Luke served as owner of an automotive retail store, and was awarded the Mobile Electronics Magazine Top 50 retailer award multiple times in Tampa, Florida.

Jonathon Kowanetz was appointed our Franchise Business Coach in June 2024. Jonathon is responsible for daily support of the franchise locations in the United States and Canada and to assist franchise owners with meeting the demand of fast-paced growth through sales training and operational support. Jonathon is also accountable for motivating and implementing strategies to help franchisees increase business revenue, promote overall growth and meet specific goals. Before that, from January 2007 through December 2023, Jonathon served as chief executive officer for Handcraft Auto Marine & Offroad and was awarded the Mobile Electronics Magazine Retailer of the Year and Best Customer Experience.

Scott Vaughn was appointed our Franchise Business Coach in July 2025. Scott is responsible for daily support of the franchise locations in the United States and Canada and to assist franchise owners with meeting the demand of fast-paced growth through sales training and operational support. Scott is also accountable for motivating and implementing strategies to help franchisees increase business revenue, promote overall growth, and meet specific goals. Before that, from January 2022 through June 2025, Scott served as General Manager for Sound Decisions specializing on supervising product sales and installations in South Carolina.

Eliot Scarpetti was appointed our Videographer in April of 2017. Eliot is responsible for the management and production of digital media assets, generating story ideas, and storyboarding for our productions. Eliot is also accountable for generating story ideas, event photography and videography, long form videos and reels and grand opening event productions. Before that, from January 2010 through March 2017, Eliot served more than 12 years in automotive retail operations experience in videography production management in Boca Raton, Florida.

J.R. Stocks was appointed Chief Operating Officer in March 2024 in Boca Raton, Florida. J.R. is responsible for ensuring franchise owners achieve the highest levels of success within their businesses. His primary responsibility is creating strong business relationships with Franchisees, and their management teams, as well as our franchise business coaches for supporting franchise business owners with operational efficiency and profitability using the franchise system. J.R. also works with the executive team to develop and execute strategies that drive growth, enhance customer experience, and ensure compliance with company standards and policies. Before that, from December 2016 through March 2024, J.R. served as President, Chief Strategy Officer, and Business Development Executive positions for Mobile Electronics Automotive Brands that include DS18, Race Sport Lighting, Wet Sounds, Custom Sounds in Mooresville, North Carolina.
