I took my vehicle in to have ( nano ceramic ) put across the full front windshield. And also do a nano ceramic visor strip. My side door windows were already tinted but with basic carbon tint . When they completed the front windshield I noticed some type of scratch on my driver's side door window tint. No one knew exactly how it got there ?! The owner graciously decided to replace the tint free of charge. And not only replaced it, but upgraded it to ceramic. And then when I said well what about the passenger side door window not matching now ?! The owner graciously replaced my passenger door tint as well with ceramic. Both Windows free of charge. I am very pleased, it looks great, and the customer service was excellent 👌🏻
