Charles J. Bonfiglio became Chief Executive Officer when we incorporated in September 2006 in Boca Raton, Florida. Charles is responsible for all functions related to the leadership, development, direction, and operation of the company as well as growing the family of franchise owners while maintaining the company’s budget and growth projections. Charles Founded and developed the franchise system by converting a chain of six independently owned auto accessory and window tinting centers into an international brand with franchise opportunities. To accomplish this, he formalized a brand standards manual, trademarked the company name and logos, drafted the company’s franchise disclosure document and filed with the United States Federal Trade Commission, enabling the company to become an international franchise offering in 2007. Before that, from January of 1983 until August 2014, Charles served as CEO and Franchise Developer for privately held Meineke Car Care Centers in Boca Raton, Florida. Charles is also the CEO and Manager of I Car Care, LLC d/b/a Auto Parts Network^®, a Technology Company in Boca Raton, FL, starting August 2006.

Jeanette Bonfiglio was appointed our Chief Compliance Officer in January 2007 in Boca Raton, Florida. Jeanette is responsible for managing back-office operations, human resources, and for ensuring that all corporate processes and procedures comply with internal standards. As part of the management team, Jeanette oversees compliance within the organization, ensuring regulatory requirements are met, and responsible for policy development.

Jonathan Norman was appointed Chief Investment Officer in January 2023 in Boca Raton, Florida. Jonathan is responsible for managing the organization’s investment portfolios and the development of both short-term and long-term investment plans, managing assets and allocating assets, and compliance with all applicable franchise, state and federal regulations and policies. Jonathan is also accountable for franchisee relationships, chainwide sales growth, company profitability, franchise operations. Before that, from 2017 through 2021, Jonathan served as COO and Partner of Harvest, LLC as Nékter Juice Bar Franchise Developer, and served as COO and Franchise Developer Partner of Planet Fitness.

J.R. Stocks was appointed Chief Growth Officer in March 2024 in Boca Raton, Florida. J.R. is responsible for the overall company revenue growth and success by establishing and ensuring franchise owners achieve the highest levels of success within their businesses. J.R. primary responsibility is to create and maintain strong business relationships with Franchisees, their management teams, and franchise business coaches to assure the success of franchise business owners to oversee and optimize the operational efficiency and profitability of the franchise network. J.R. also works closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategies that drive growth, enhance customer experience, and ensure compliance with company standards and policies. Before that, from December 2016 through March 2024, J.R. served as President, Chief Strategy Officer, and Business Development Executive positions for Mobile Electronics Automotive Brands that include DS18, Race Sport Lighting, Wet Sounds, Custom Sounds in Mooresville, North Carolina.

Paul Pirro was appointed Chief Development Officer in September 2023 in Boca Raton, Florida. Paul is responsible for assisting franchisees with finding and securing real estate locations in the United States and Canada, and supporting franchisees throughout new store buildout to completion. Paul is also responsible for building and maintaining relationships with vendor partner, real estate developers, contractors, architects, and government officials to improve franchise locations, and customer experience. Paul also assists with new owner training, store displays and merchandising, negotiating supplier contracts, and brand promotions. Before that, Paul served as our Chief Strategy Officer beginning in November 2009, and elected Board of Director on Consumer Technology Association’s (CTA) Vehicle Technology Division.

Jon Garrett was appointed Vice President of Operations in September 2023 in Boca Raton, Florida. Jon is responsible for supporting franchisee relationships, and optimizing the operational efficiencies and profitability of the franchise network. Jon will execute strategies that drive growth, enhance customer experience, and ensure compliance with company standards and policies. Before that, from June 2019 through August 2023, Jon served as Regional Director of Operations for Driven Brands automotive companies Take 5 Oil Change, and Maaco Auto Paint & Body in Charlotte, North Carolina.

John Marsh was appointed our Senior Director of Franchise Services in September 2023 in Boca Raton, Florida. John is responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of franchise operations with a focus on supporting new unit growth, field and classroom training, as well as system and platform integration and execution. John is also accountable for internal communications, strategic initiatives, company culture, and franchisee engagement with unwavering support to our teams and franchisees, and in doing so, amplifies the impact of all our projects, fortifying our Franchise network. Before that, John served as our Operations Manager and VP of Operations beginning in April 2014 in Boca Raton, Florida.

Anthony Foley was appointed our Director of Franchise Development in May 2008 in Boca Raton, Florida. Anthony is responsible for consulting with franchise prospects and providing ongoing support of their businesses. Anthony is also accountable for franchisee relationships, chainwide sales growth, company profitability, and franchise operations. Before that, from January 2003 through August 2008, Anthony served as Franchise Development Manager at United Franchise Group in Palm Beach, Florida.

Sean Christianson was appointed Director of Information Technology on September 2019 in Boca Raton, Florida. Sean is responsible for leading the IT department in maintaining corporate infrastructure, business automation technologies, and development of the TintWorld.com website. In addition, Sean collaborates with the leadership team and marketing department to fulfill the technical aspects of digital marketing initiatives, development of tools for reporting analytics of marketing data and new solutions for growing the customer base of our franchises while expanding the company. Before that, from January 2004 through August 2019, Sean served as software and information technology developer in Palm Beach, Florida.

Kelly Wruck was appointed our Director Franchise Administration in November of 2020 in Boca Raton, Florida. Kelly is responsible for all activities related to onboarding all new franchisees from the moment a Franchise Agreement is signed to when franchisees are ready for expansion to multiple locations. Kelly is also accountable as the primary point of contact for all franchisees related to supporting and tracking all activities in the system to maintain standards associated with franchise administration. Before that, Kelly served as Project Management for several big name franchise brands for over 10 years in Palm Beach, Florida. Before that, Kelly served as a former Police Officer and worked for the Department of Homeland Security in Incident and Emergency Management for Terrorism in New York.

Donna Brenner was appointed our Senior Accounting Director in September 2016 in Boca Raton, Florida. Brenner is responsible for all accounting support to the CFO. She also assists with developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information while overseeing the accounting department. This includes managing the company’s financial reporting including budgets, projections, P&L, balance sheet, and administering franchise licenses, royalties and advertising fund. Before that, from January 2004 through August 2016, Donna served as an accounting and property manager with e-commerce experience in Palm Beach, Florida.

Madison Belfour was appointed our Director of Marketing in April 2024 in Boca Raton, Florida. Madison is responsible for driving the strategic direction and success of the marketing function within the organization. Madison’s primary responsibilities are a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and effectively managing the franchisee NAF and leading the Franchise Advisory Committee. Madison plays a crucial role in supporting franchisees and is accountable for driving marketing effectiveness and maintaining brand consistency across the franchise network. Before that, Madison served as our Sr. Analytics & Special Projects Manager beginning in January 2021 in Boca Raton, Florida.

Joe Iglesias was appointed our Merchandising Manager in January 2022 in Boca Raton, Florida. Joe is responsible for daily support of franchise locations; store development, store sales growth, store profitability, franchise training, contractual compliance, and vendor relations. Joe directly coordinates merchandising services, and procurement. Joe also assists with new owner training, store displays and merchandising, and brand promotions. Joe was previously our Franchise Operations Manager starting in April 2016 in Boca Raton, Florida. Before that, from January 2004 through December 2015, Joe served more than 20 years’ in 12-volt retail stores and possesses broad industry knowledge to support franchise locations in Broward County, Florida.

Michael Glick was appointed our Franchise Development Manager in May 2020 in Boca Raton, Florida. Michael is responsible for consulting with new franchise prospects and franchise resales. Michael is also accountable for franchisee relationships, chainwide sales growth, and company profitability. Before that, from July 2016 through September 2019, Michael served as Franchise Development Manager at United Franchise Group, and at TBC Corporation in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Heather O’Brian was appointed to our in-house Corporate Council in August 2024 in Boca Raton, Florida. Heather is responsible for providing guidance and counsel for all domestic laws, regulatory matters, organizational policies and procedures, and preparation of a variety of franchise-related agreements. This includes Franchise Disclosure Documents, review and consultation of development advertising, and other franchise communication related to supporting our franchisees, safeguarding our brand’s interests and ensuring our regulatory compliance. Before that, from September 2023 through July 2004, Heather served as Managing Attorney and Founder of Lee Law Firm PLLC in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Before that, from October 2019 through April 2024, Heather served as Research Attorney and Solutions Consultant, State & Local Government Division at LexisNexis in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Sofia Rosati was appointed our Communications Manager in May of 2022. Sofia is responsible for working directly with our franchisees following the new store development phase and the store location is ready to open to coordinate and administer the stores window graphics, vehicle wraps, virtual store tours, schedule the grand opening event and marketing activities to maximize franchisees new store opening success. Sofia is also accountable for managing the setup process, procedures, and relationships associated with franchisees marketing and merchandising material, vendor and suppliers support, and related logistics. Prior to that, from September 2020 through November 2021, Sofia worked as a Tint World® store sales manager in Coconut Creek Florida. Before that, Sofia received a bachelor’s degree in political science with a Minor in Business from Adelphi University and then served over 15+ years in Human Resources and 6 years in Sales in Bethpage New York.

Amanda Bonfiglio was appointed our Social Media Ambassador in January of 2023. Amanda is responsible for assisting the marketing department in supporting our franchisees social media marketing and events activities. Amanda is also accountable for special events to enhance brand visibility through strategic initiatives and the development of effective social media advertising campaigns. Before that, from September 2021 through December 2022, Amanda served as Social Media Marketing Influencer in South Florida.

Patrick Amaral was appointed our Social Media Design Manager in January of 2022. Patrick is responsible for content creation, digital media strategy, marketing campaigns, influencer marketing, and creative design. Patrick is also accountable for recording, editing, and uploading videos to Instagram, YouTube, TikTok social channels. Before that, from January 2011 through December 2021, Patrick served more than 10 years’ in successful strategy with exceeding over 300k subscribers on his channel, and development of organic social media marketing by creating content tailored around mindset positivity, business coaching, and fitness training in South Florida.

Christian Dilan Hernandez was appointed our Videographer in May of 2023. Christian is responsible for the management and production of digital media assets, generating story ideas, and storyboarding for our productions. Christian is also accountable for generating story ideas, event photography and videography, long form videos and reels and storyboards for future productions. Before that, from January 2012 through April 2023, Christian served more than 10 years’ in automotive retail operations experience in videography production management in Miami, Florida.

Maria Landaeta was appointed our Creative Design Manager in June of 2019. Maria is responsible for ensuring overall preservation of corporate brand identity in specialized style guide creation, packaging design, social media, website design and overall brand building, product structure creation, final artwork design, print proof approvals, packaging products. Maria is also accountable for managing the design process of developing compelling retail marketing materials and product packaging in collaboration with franchise and affiliate licensed brand managers: Conceive and prepare collateral material directly related to promotional products and services including: brochures; direct mail pieces; newsletters; advertisements; sales presentations; catalogs; vehicle graphics wraps; window and wall graphics; training materials; agendas; media kits; trade show displays, signage and price lists; Create and implemented brand design marketing materials for each location with franchise approval process. Before that, Maria has been a Cum Laude Graphic Design graduate from Florida Atlantic University, and served as manager for several large restaurant groups in Weston Florida.

Luke Fidler was appointed our Franchise Business Coach in August of 2022. Luke is responsible for daily support of the franchise locations in the United States and Canada and to assist franchise owners with meeting the demand of fast-paced growth through sales training and operational support. Luke is also accountable for motivating and implementing strategies to help franchisees increase business revenue, promote overall growth and meet specific goals. Before that, from January 2008 through June 2022, Luke served as owner of an automotive retail store, and was awarded the Mobile Electronics Magazine Top 50 retailer award multiple times in Tampa, Florida.

Carl Montanari was appointed our Technical Trainer in February 2019. Carl is responsible for daily support of the franchise locations in the United States and Canada and assist franchise owners sales and technical training using the most up to date industry techniques and systematic procedures for each service to maximizing efficiency. Carl is also accountable for delivering the highest standard of education in the auto styling industry with hands-on training programs in auto detailing and ceramic coating, paint protection film, vehicle wrapping, and window tinting installation. Before that, from January 2004 through January 2019, Carl served as lead ASE Certified technician for Meineke Car Care Centers and brings more than 15 years’ in automotive retail operations experience with broad knowledge in technical maintenance, repair and customer service in South Florida.

Dane Bryant was appointed as our Website Developer in October of 2021. Dane is responsible for the ongoing management and support of the company’s growing website design and graphical interface. Dane is also accountable for providing strategic support for our digital marketing team, and provides technical support and insight for our ever-evolving website landscape. Before that, as a graduate of Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, Dane brings more than 20 years of experience in website design, software development, and digital marketing in Boca Raton, Florida.

Juan Rivera was appointed our Social Communications Strategist in May of 2023. Juan is responsible for creating custom social media campaigns paired with written content to support the ongoing needs of our franchise locations with a focus to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and effective social media advertising campaigns. Juan is also accountable for overseeing our external communications in areas such as Public Relations and Franchise Development, ensuring our campaign strategy and messaging is consistent across all channels. Before that, from September 2011 through April 2023, Juan served as social media strategist for over 12 years generating high-level performance content campaigns across social channels to gain a holistic marketing and advertising in South Florida.

Prior to joining the Tint World HQ family, Mayra worked for seven years in a Cosmetics Manufacturing company where she escalated through the accounting pathway into her most recent role as an Accounting Manager. Mayra’s past job experiences also include working as an Internal Auditor for a Title Insurance company and as an Accounting Assistant for a Construction company.

Mayra learned time management skills while managing multiple priorities as well as organizational skills while developing, implementing and maintaining accounting procedures and controls. Consecutively, Mayra assisted the Controller with month end journal entries and other closing procedures and reconciliation.

Mayra earned her Bachelor’s in Financial Management & Audit from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic where she obtain her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.

Jonathon is responsible for daily support of the franchise locations in the United States and Canada and to assist franchise owners with meeting the demand of fast-paced growth through sales training and operational support. Jonathon is also accountable for motivating and implementing strategies to help franchisees increase business revenue, promote overall growth and meet specific goals. Before that, from January 2007 through December 2023, Jonathon served as chief executive officer for Handcraft Auto Marine & Offroad and was awarded the Mobile Electronics Magazine Retailer of the Year and Best Customer Experience.

Mel Valaldez was appointed our Franchise Business Coach in June 2024. Mel is responsible for daily support of the franchise locations in the United States and Canada and to assist franchise owners with meeting the demand of fast-paced growth through sales training and operational support. Mel is also accountable for motivating and implementing strategies to help franchisees increase business revenue, promote overall growth and meet specific goals. Before that, from January 2018 through December 2023, Mel served as sales and technical support on new products and installations for Sales Manager for AAMP Global distribution of mobile electronics in Texas.

Eliot Scarpetti was appointed our Videographer in April of 2017. Eliot is responsible for the management and production of digital media assets, generating story ideas, and storyboarding for our productions. Eliot is also accountable for generating story ideas, event photography and videography, long form videos and reels and grand opening event productions. Before that, from January 2010 through March 2017, Eliot served more than 12 years’ in automotive retail operations experience in videography production management in Boca Raton, Florida.

Brian Licata was appointed our Videographer in May of 2021. Brian is responsible for the management and production of digital media assets, generating story ideas, and storyboarding for our productions. Brian is also accountable for generating story ideas, event videography, long form videos, and grand opening event productions. Before that, from January 2006 through April 2021, Brian served as owner of a multimedia and podcast business, and has more than 15 years’ in videography production and digital media assets management in New Jersey.

Teddy Bear Bonfiglio was appointed our Chief Doggie Officer in June of 2016. Teddy is responsible for all functions related to the well-being of the Tint World® Team and putting his snuggling skills to work keeping the office entertained and loved. Teddy is also accountable for emotional support for the entire Corporate Headquarters team with long walks, belly rubs, and spending his nights snuggled up with his parents, who just happen to be the CEO and CFO of Tint World® Corporate!
