The Prospect Follow Up System Automates the Sales Process

Many customers shop around for pricing, are waiting for payday, or just aren’t planning to buy anything during their first visit. Odds are that customer is going to buy the product or service they were interested in at some point, but once you hang up the phone or they walk out the door, there’s little you can do to influence their decision…or is there?

The emails are delivered automatically and are set up to promote the specific services that prospective customer was interested in.

Here’s How it Works:

 

1. Collect Customer Interest

When customers walk into your store, or call in, they aren’t always ready to make a sale at that moment. Most business owners are used to customers shopping around, and that’s fine. If they aren’t ready to make an appointment, you or an employee can just ask for an email address and let them know you’ll send them some more information.

2. Enter Information in the Follow Up System

Once you’ve collected that information, each franchisee can access a store-specific entry form where you can plug in basic customer information along with an email and the services that customer was interested in. Just submit the form and your work is done.

 

3. Automatic Email Follow Up

Once you’ve entered that information, the customer is automatically placed on a list to receive several emails based on the service interests you noted. For example, if the customer was interested in window tinting, they will receive emails letting them know more about Tint World as a business, our precise computer-cutting system, and other reasons why Tint World is the top choice for car window tinting.

4. Build Your Contact List

When you fill out your store’s prospect follow up system form, each customer email is also entered into your store’s master email list so they will also receive franchise-wide emails like holiday promotions and new product updates from Tint World.
