Director of Franchise Operations Kelly Wruck recently joined the Tint World® team after spending time as an entrepreneur. Bringing years of experience in starting and maintaining businesses, she aims to drive and support franchise owners to improve overall success.

As is the case with many on the Tint World® team, Wruck’s path to the company wasn’t directly tied to the automotive industry. During the early portions of her career, she dedicated her life to law enforcement and criminal justice, working with both state and federal governments.

While in the criminal justice field, Wruck decided to begin exploring other options. She soon got her MBA and started her own business – a wildlife pest control company. Building the company from the ground up, Wruck gained a passion to help other people start their own businesses.

“I didn’t have anyone to help me when I was starting my business,” Wruck said. “Because of the lessons I learned during that time, it inspired me to help others and be that individual that owners could lean on for help.”

While working with other franchise organizations, Wruck learned about the opportunity to join Tint World®. She was sold on the company after experiencing CEO Charles Bonfiglio’s interaction with team members and his passion for the franchise.

One of Wruck’s fondest moments in the company was during her on-site interview. She said she immediately felt at home upon entering the building. “The conversation between all of us was so easy. We were laughing the entire time. They really embraced my passion and experience on life and work.”

That family dynamic is one of Wruck’s favorite aspects of the Tint World® culture. She said she enjoys the laughter and banter that happens between team members, and that comradery creates a positive atmosphere.

As Director of Franchise Operations, Wruck spends most of her days ensuring franchise owners meet all of their milestones while also handling project management between vendors and team members. As part of her daily activities, she makes sure franchise owners are compliant with the various state and federal regulations while also making sure they stay in compliance with their insurance policies and taxes.

“My background in law enforcement and criminal justice has built me to be a very persistent and tough person,” said Wruck. “My experiences as a business owner made me very detailed, determined and compassionate when it comes to building momentum and overcoming challenges for franchisees. I think the combination of the two makes me the perfect person to help drive franchisees to reach a high level of success.”

Looking toward the future, Wruck’s overall goal with the company is to make a difference. “I don’t only want to impact franchisees by making their journey effortless, I also want to help my coworkers,” she said. “Whether it’s training them in a new skill or helping on a special project, I want to help the team and company grow.

“I want to build processes here that will increase efficiency and elevate how we approach tasks. I am also open to learning any new tool that will add value to the company. I just want to do what I can to make the company bigger and better throughout the years.”
