San Diego, California – August 10,2011 – Tint World® San Diego makes a strong contribution to the local community by participating as a sponsor for blood drive and charity car show, Cruise for the Cause.
Tint World® San Diego continues to stay involved with the local community by becoming a major sponsor and grand prize donator for the 9th Annual Cruise for the Cause hosted by radio host, Xavier “The X-Man” of local station Magic 92.5. The Red Cross will be taking blood and registering participants for the National Bone Marrow registry, and all proceeds will go to the Emilio Nares Foundation which provides support for children with Cancer. Tint World® will be represented with a booth to provide information about Tint World® window tinting and automotive services.
The event will be held at the Otay Ranch Town Center in Chula Vista from 10am – 3pm. Over 400 cars were entered last year and even more are expected to be present at this year’s event. The event will showcase all kinds of vehicles, including hot rods, classic cars, low riders, customs, trucks and SUVs, and motorcycles. Participants can also enjoy several musical performances which include Stranger, Rising Star Band, Mariachi Diamante, and DJ Todd Himaka.
Owner of Tint World® San Diego, William Vaughn, likes to maintain an active role in the community, and was eager to help the cause by donating the grand prize to this year’s Cruise for the Cause. The grand prize will include a large store credit for Tint World® Automotive Services, which can be put toward window tinting, auto accessories, high-quality audio upgrades, and other custom options for customers to create their own “limited edition” vehicles. Vaughn also owns three Tint World® locations in Jacksonville, Florida which he has found great success building and expanding in that area.
