3 Tips for Success as a New Franchisee

So, you’re a new Tint World franchise owner. Congratulations! You have begun a journey that will be exciting, challenging, and rewarding. Best of all, you won’t be on this journey alone. We consider every Tint World® franchisee to be a part of the family, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Becoming a new franchise owner can almost feel like an overwhelming experience at times. You’re learning a ton of new things at a rapid pace amidst all of the exiting thoughts you have about the future! It may feel like everything is happening so quickly, but that’s because you have a team working with you who knows this process in and out. Take comfort in the fact that every franchisee and staff member has been through this same process and knows what is going through your head. So, we wanted to list out a few items to help you through this process:

  1. Don’t be shy about reaching out to your support system. You’ve been to our two-week new owner training, and you had five days of in-store training, but there’s still more to learn. You’re going to have a lot of questions as you ramp up. That’s a good thing! Remember, you have access to ongoing training and support from your field operations manager and the full support staff at Tint World HQ. Plus, we offer a library of on-demand webinars for self-guided training whenever you need it.
  2. Get to know your marketing tools. As a Tint World® franchisee, you have the full power of our incredible marketing team at your disposal. Our marketing professionals have their finger on the pulse of the industry. They understand what you need as an owner and have developed proven tools to get you the business you need.   3. Have fun! This one might be the most important tip of all. Don’t forget why you got into this business.
