One thing has been constant since Jack Tusa joined Tint World®: change.
Tusa was hired at the beginning of 2022 as social content manager for the National Automotive Styling Centers™ franchise. Since then, the company has added dozens of new franchisees and territories, seen per-store revenue increase, continued building its corporate team in Boca Raton, Florida, and been recognized as an industry leader by Inc., Entrepreneur, Franchise Business Review, and the International Franchise Association, among others.
There’s been plenty of change in Tusa’s own situation. He’s been promoted to partnerships and content manager to help steer Tint World’s overall brand identity as the company continues to rapidly grow.
“Tint World has definitely changed in the year and a half I’ve been here,” he said. “We’ve grown so much that it’s unbelievable. There are a ton of new people here at Tint World HQ, and in addition to that we have dozens of new franchisees as well as contractors and vendors we work with.”
For all the change he’s seen, though, the Tint World message has remained clear and consistent.
“Throughout the whole time I’ve been here, we’ve been focused on making sure that we’re creating and sharing content that echoes our values and differentiators,” Tusa said. “Some automotive stores focus on one product or service. What’s special about Tint World is the abundance of high-quality services we offer. We’re unique as a one-stop shop for automotive services, and it’s important that we consistently deliver that message with engaging, dynamic creative content.”
Tusa recognized that development and growth were priorities as soon as he joined Tint World. In one of his first conversations with Charles J. Bonfiglio, the company’s president and CEO, he learned of the responsibility and opportunity at Tint World HQ.
“When I joined Tint World, I went to Charles and told him how passionate I am about cars, the automotive industry, and the Tint World brand,” Tusa said. “He told me that if I was willing to put in the time and the effort, he’d give me more responsibility, and that’s definitely been the case. I’ve been able to grow and advance my career much more quickly here than I would have at most companies.”
