Brian Licata spends his work days capturing the stories behind Tint World®.
As digital media manager for the leading window tinting and automotive accessory franchise since 2021, Licata drives video production across the brand. Whether it’s content for social media, promotional material for TintWorld.com, or internal communication, he’s involved in every step of the process, from writing and planning to shooting and post-production.
Every week, Licata and his team juggle a variety of projects highlighting Tint World® and its comprehensive industry-leading selection of auto services and products. That includes projects to showcase particular services, customer success stories, and events.
“I really love getting the Tint World® brand out there and helping people get the most out of their vehicles,” Licata said. “When I started this job, that was something that I noticed immediately – I’d never run out of stories to tell. With all the amazing services we offer and the fascinating people involved, Tint World® is a never-ending supply of content.”
Licata recognized that Tint World® was the right place for him as soon as he sat down with Charles J. Bonfiglio, the company’s president and CEO.
“During my interview, I could tell that he was excited about video and storytelling and knew how important they are to the Tint World® franchise,” Licata said. “He’s committed to using digital tools to drive awareness and support franchisees so we can continue to grow.”
Before joining Tint World®, Licata served as a producer, podcaster, and editor for a variety of programming ranging from comedy specials to documentaries. Growing up in New Jersey, he wasn’t obsessed with cars.
“I’m not as much of a car person as some team members, but I’ve always loved classic cars,” Licata said. “I like the way they look, the colors, and I like the fact that people are so into them. I’m really interested in the story behind them.”
