From the start, we realized that many of our franchisees were new to owning their own business and to the franchising world in general. That’s why we’ve invested so much effort into fine-tuning the Tint World® auto styling franchise business system to provide superior operational support to give location owners the tools they need to succeed.
As a full-service turn-key franchise system, Tint World® employs experts in real estate, construction, training, purchasing, distribution, marketing, and operations to support all of our location owners. We’re there from the very beginning.
Finding the Right Site
Before a store ever opens, each new location is carefully vetted and planned by the franchisee and the Tint World® corporate support team. We assist franchisees in finding the perfect location site and negotiating the lease. Then we guide our franchisees through the construction process, which is streamlined due to our network of architects, general contractors, and vendors.
Training
In the meantime, we put new owners through a rigorous three-week New Owner Training Program to ensure they have all the skills needed for success. The first two weeks consists of an in-person training session that covers business operations, marketing, recruiting, and financial management. Then, the final week, consists of hands-on training at an existing Tint World® franchise location to give them a grounding in selling, scheduling, managing inventory, and staff development.
Ongoing Support
It doesn’t stop there. Our franchisees can leverage Tint World®’s national purchasing power and distribution network to ensure access to the most cost-efficient and highest quality products. Meanwhile, our Franchise Operations Managers help plan grand opening events, assist with staff training, and help prepare the store to open their doors. After that, we call and visit locations on a regular basis to provide support and answer questions. On top of everything else, Tint World®’s world-class marketing team is there to support every franchisee with local and national-level marketing initiatives year-round.
