Juan Rivera brings a decade of professional communications experience in multiple industries to his role as content marketing manager for Tint World® Automotive Styling Centers™. With his extensive expertise and wide-ranging skill set, Rivera is a perfect fit for the dynamic and collaborative environment at Tint World HQ – and for Tint World’s mission to provide world-class support to its fast-growing global network of franchisees.
At Tint World, his responsibilities include creating and overseeing communications and content for a variety of channels, including social media, promotions, and internal communications. On any given day in the office, Rivera might be found providing feedback to the marketing team, working closely with Tint World’s graphic design team, collaborating on the brand’s Facebook or LinkedIn calendar, or meeting with franchisees to plan marketing strategies specific to their locations.
“One of the great things about this job is that no two days are alike,” he said. “We’re all motivated to achieve our individual goals and have a great deal of autonomy. At the same time, we’re very intentional about making sure the team is working in the same direction. It’s satisfying to know that my results are driving success for all our stakeholders, from the team at HQ to franchisees and our loyal community of customers.”
Everyone benefits from this holistic approach, Rivera said.
“The HQ team can leverage our backgrounds and expertise to make meaningful contributions, and customers experience world-class services, such as the innovative new co-branded Tint World powered by XPEL line of premium products and service offerings,” he said. “And Tint World provides expansive support through content, training, and strategic planning that allows franchisees to reach their target audiences while maintaining consistency with the brand’s image.”
Like many members of the Tint World family, Rivera has a passion for automobiles – specifically, “hot hatches” such as the Honda Civic Type R, Volkswagen Golf and Audi A5 Sportback. Not surprisingly, Rivera’s love for cars was one of the factors that led to him working at Tint World.
“Everything happens for a reason,” he said. “A recruiter reached out to me about the position at Tint World, and as a car fan, the opportunity to work in an environment and culture dedicated to car culture was appealing. But even more importantly, I was incredibly impressed by the company’s consistent growth and felt that my talents align well with its future strategy.”
