When Sofia Rosati and her family moved to South Florida from New York City a few years ago, she put her thriving career in event planning on hold. But new professional opportunities emerged when she became a regular customer at the local Tint World®.
Now, as the leading international automotive franchise’s corporate project communications manager, she’s leading initiatives to support franchisees around the United States and Canada prepare their locations, celebrate grand openings, and continue building and extending brand awareness in each market.
It all started when Rosati took one of her family’s vehicles to the local Tint World to have the windows tinted.
“I was familiar with the company from New York, so that’s where I went,” she said. “I trusted the brand and loved the tinting work they did, so we started taking all our vehicles there for service.”
After a few months as a frequent customer, the owner offered Rosati a job.
“He said, ‘You know as much about our service as anyone else. Why don’t you come help us out officially?’” she said.
Within a year, Rosati was assistant manager. Then, in early 2022, a new position at Tint World’s corporate HQ location became available that required her specific combination of planning and management skills. A year later, she’s a key member of the Tint World HQ team, collaborating with other corporate team members, helping franchisees reach their goals, and developing exciting new plans to support the brand.
One of her main responsibilities is helping to plan, organize and promote the annual Tint World International Convention, where franchise owners and the corporate team gather with vendors and industry partners to network and celebrate. It’s one of the major events on the Tint World calendar.
“I’ve loved every second of it,” she said. “I really believe in this company. It’s rewarding to help franchisees achieve success by implementing our proven system, along with working with the team at HQ to refine and evolve said systems. There’s always so much going on, so it’s great to have a team I trust and can rely on.”
