Tint World® Franchisee Spotlight: Chad and Rene Bailey

After a long career in the oil and gas industry, Chad Bailey decided it was time to work for himself. So, after much research, Chad and Rene, his wife, selected Tint World® as the right franchise for them.

Now the proud owners of the new Tint World® Humble, Texas, location, the couple is confident they made the correct choice.

“I knew that I wanted to be involved in the car industry in one way or another,” Chad said. “After researching several different franchises, I came across Tint World®. I knew it was the perfect fit once I met with the corporate team.”

It was Tint World®’s continued growth over the years that stood out to the Baileys. The couple was also impressed with the amount of support that the franchise brand provides to location owners.

“All around, it’s been a great fit – from the financial aspects, to the support they provide us with in all aspects of our business operations.” Rene said

When it comes to their favorite services, Chad and Rene really enjoy the aftermarket products, with paint protection film being a go-to item for their customers. They also enjoy installing all of the vibrant-patterned vinyl wraps, with hopes of expanding their services even further as time goes on.

Showcasing the diversity among franchise owners, Chad holds a degree in biology and spent most of his working career in the environmental and oil and gas industries before he and Rene became Tint World® franchise owners. Amongst being a full-time mom, wife, and business owner, Rene continues her work as a nurse, caring for others and helping save lives.

All the excitement of becoming new franchise owners was briefly tempered for the Texas couple, with the nation shutting down due to COVID-19 just two weeks after holding their grand opening. However, the innovative duo used the situation as a learning opportunity and pushed forward to success.

“The pandemic helped us realize that we made a great decision when we chose Tint World® as our franchise,” Chad said. “Headquarters provided excellent support to our location and helped guide us through what could’ve been a difficult situation if we were on our own. The first year was a great opportunity for us to learn, and we continue to do so with help from our excellent team.”

Chad and Rene are happy they made the decision to purchase a Tint World® franchise. Rene offers some useful advice for new franchise owners joining the brand: “Lean into the corporate staff! Lean into their expertise because they’ve already been there. Also, lean into the other owners. We’re all part of the Tint World Family together.”

With the location in full swing, the Baileys continue offering excellent service to the residents of Humble while hoping to expand to multiple locations in the future.
