Since joining Tint World®’s digital marketing team in 2021, Madison Belfour has gone through a unique crash course in automotive aftermarket services. The first step was a visit to the nearest Tint World® location.
“When I started, the leadership team wanted me to get the full Tint World® experience, so I took my car to the local Tint World® store,” she said. “The owner treated me just like I was a customer. He guided me through all the product and service packages they offer, and I selected a few basic upgrades for my car.”
Since then, Belfour’s 2012 Ford Fiesta has served as a popular testing ground around Tint World® headquarters.
“When we need to test products here, I always volunteer my car,” she said. “I’ve had Nano Ceramic Coating applied more than once. I don’t know how I lived without it before. And I worked with new franchisees this year at our owner training to repair paint chips on my car. When I was growing up, my family took an interest in automobiles, but I had no idea how many services and products available. Now I’m already thinking about all the different things I’ll want to do with my next car.”
Belfour’s education in Tint World®’s service offerings is similar to the journey that led her to her position as the company’s digital marketing analyst. Before joining Tint World®, she worked at a marketing agency in South Florida that had clients from a variety of industries.
“I wanted to feel like part of a team with a shared mission,” she said. “I remember walking into the headquarters building for my interview and seeing how well put together the interior was. I immediately felt like I was walking into something bigger than I’d ever been associated with before.”
That feeling was confirmed when she met Charles J. Bonfiglio, Tint World®’s president and CEO, who introduced her to the company’s ongoing mission to grow and support the success of its franchise owners.
“Seeing his passion and learning about all his ideas had a big impact on me,” Belfour said. “When I showed up for my interview, I thought this was an interesting opportunity. By the time I left, I was committed to being part of the Tint World® family.”
