Tint World® held their Seventh Annual International Convention at the 2014 SEMA Show in Las Vegas earlier this month. Franchise owners took some time out of their busy schedules to attend training classes, meet with vendors, and network with exhibitors.
Tint World® is committed to the ongoing growth and training of all franchise owners. Training sessions for this year’s convention included boosting confidence in sales, the national advertising and marketing program, computer POS system usage, product knowledge, staff development, and how to take advantage of new improvements to the franchise systems.
“I am always excited to have our Tint World® Annual Convention and Awards Dinner Banquet because it gives me the chance to spend time with our over 60 franchise members, with this year being our largest franchise attendance so far,” shares CEO Charles Bonfiglio. Franchise members enjoyed the Awards Dinner Banquet and awards included Top Annual Sales Franchise, Best Performing Franchise, Most Improved Franchise, Rookie of the Year Franchise, Public Events Leader Franchise, and Franchise Mentor of the Year.
Overall, the Tint World® International Convention was a huge success and both new and seasoned franchisees went home with new ideas and strategies to propel them into success in 2015.
