Hunter Mishler has a passion for providing products and services that have a positive impact on the lives of others. Becoming a Tint World® franchise owner of the South Bend, Indiana, location gave him an opportunity to combine this with his lifelong appreciation for automobiles that have unique characteristics.
“More than anything, I wanted a career that I would love every day — one that would allow me to succeed while helping others,” Mishler said. “Tint World has exceeded my expectations in every way, and I find my work more fulfilling than ever.”
Tint World’s business coaching team plays a key role in this sense of fulfillment. Mishler said operations manager Luke Fidler, who led his new owner training, has been an incredible source of inspiration, demonstrating the company’s dedication to helping franchisees and its passion for customer experience. He finds that it shines through in every aspect of training and the general way business is done.
“Additionally, CEO Charles Bonfiglio is an exceptional leader whose vision immediately resonated with me,” Mishler said. “Across the organization, it’s clear that the entire team is invested in helping each franchise owner succeed.”
Another exciting development from his involvement with Tint World is a discovered passion for car audio. As a lifelong learner, he’s enjoyed discovering the types of technology available for modern car audio and its potential for customization. Enhancing a driver’s experience through a high-quality audio system makes finding the right design for customers a satisfying service for him.
Customizing his current daily driver, a 2000 Toyota Tacoma, with an upgraded car audio system and many other Tint World enhancements has been a lot of fun for Mishler. He calls being able to share his truck modifications with customers a dream come true.
Building relationships with his Tint World customers has been a joy for Mishler and keeping the focus there while still pursuing growth is a challenge he embraces. He appreciates the guidance from Tint World’s corporate team as he determines the best direction for his business and carves out a personal brand within the franchise system. He said keeping a laser focus on the people is the key to success, and he’s grateful for an organization that has his back and a team willing to provide valuable support every step of the way.
And this combined experience is at the heart of his message to anyone else considering a commitment to a Tint World franchise.
“Invest in your store and the people who support it, and you’ll see the rewards,” Mishler said. “It’s easy to focus solely on business operations and lose sight of the individuals who bring us their cars. But every customer interaction is an opportunity to build relationships, not just a transaction. So, go the extra mile to make someone smile each day and earn the trust of your community.”
And when asked if he has plans for future growth, Mishler offers an enthusiastic, “Absolutely!”
He says that he couldn’t be happier with the growth he’s experienced so far, and he looks forward to opportunities to deepen his investment with Tint World.
