If you’ve ever wanted to own your own business, Tint World®, the leading automotive styling franchise brand, is ready to help!

The Tint World® team loves to help hardworking people with a passion for customer service build their dream businesses. So, we’re committed to giving our new franchise location owners the tools they need to succeed.

From Day One, you’ll get what we call 360° Franchisee Support during every aspect of your journey as a business owner. This encompasses store setup, training, and ongoing support for the life of your franchise. Our experts will be there for you from site selection to your grand opening – and far beyond.

Tint World® invests in our franchise owners with comprehensive training and support. To give new owners the best possible start, we put them through a three-week training program, beginning at Franchise Headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida. Simulating a Tint World® Automotive Styling Center, our training facility includes all of the styling equipment and tools found in one of our locations, along with the product and digital displays in our showroom. During training, new owners learn all facets of running a business, including:

  • Sales and service
  • Advertising and marketing
  • Crew selection and staffing
  • Pricing procedures
  • Production management
  • Hands-on technical installation
  • Merchandising
  • Management
  • Center operations

The two-week classroom training is followed with a week of on-site training at another Tint World® Automotive Styling Center, providing them with “real-world” customer experience. It doesn’t stop there, either! Once the new store is ready to open for business, there are also ongoing education and training opportunities with our operations managers, who will come out to the center and provide additional on-location training.

We’re passionate about helping grow great businesses, and our support staff at headquarters are available to provide insight and coaching at any time.
