Tint World® Spotlight: Joe Iglesias, Franchise Operations Manager

October 21, 2021

Like everyone here at Tint World® HQ, Franchise Operations Manager Joe Iglesias has a passion for helping our owners achieve their goals for their Tint World® franchise. Day to day, Iglesias provides direct support for franchise locations in the United States and Canada. He also offers sales training and operational support to help our owners meet growing demand in all markets.

Iglesias became part of the Tint World® family five years ago, and since joining, he has been impressed with the environment and the way the HQ staff treat one another like family.

A typical day for Iglesias is multi-faceted. While his primary responsibility is supporting the franchise owners, the way he carries out the responsibility can vary for day to day. “I still get my hands on a lot of different parts of the of the company, from purchasing to vendor management he said. “I also help out the marketing team whenever I can by putting together training videos.”

“I got my degree in electrical engineering, but I didn’t want to be behind the desk” Iglesias said. “So, I went ahead and turned my hobby into my career.” Iglesias has more than 20 years of automotive and 12-volt experience, and he brings all that expertise to the owners. “I’m able to bring real life experience to the new owners and educate them on what I’ve learned from the mistakes that I’ve made throughout the years and guide them not to make similar mistakes.”

One of the things Iglesias enjoys most about working at Tint World® HQ is the variety every day brings. “Every day is different. You know, it’s not monotonous. Every day when I come in —every owner, every store, every location is going to have different questions, obstacles, hurdles, and challenges. So, it doesn’t get monotonous. It keeps me sharp.”

During the pandemic uncertainty, Iglesias has been impressed with the way the Tint World® HQ team came together to support stores and franchise owners all over the world.

“It was all hands on deck,” Iglesias said. “Everyone pitched in to help, and it was an amazing display of teamwork. We were all working together to make sure our stores understood what was going on and that we were here to help. As a result, no stores had to close permanently. We’ve been very fortunate, and it’s a testimony to the determination, hard work and support across all aspects of the Tint World® Franchise.”
